Chocolate Lover’s Pairing (Class #3)

Two of the greatest things on planet Earth: wine and chocolate.  Let’s put them together!  In this interactive tasting class, our winemaker will guide you through how to enjoy the symphony of flavors provided by paring them together.  The class will begin with an overview of wine analysis and tasting techniques followed by a crash course in wine pairing with food.  Next, you will be introduced to the wine and chocolate aroma wheels and how to use them to identify what you are enjoying.  Lastly, you will put your nose and taste buds to the test as four of our wines will be paired with four different chocolates!

The Chocolate Lover’s Pairing Package includes enough materials for two people to participate! As an added bonus, this package also includes a special pre-release bottle of our brand new wine: Midnight Vines.  Be one of the first to experience it before we release it to the public.  Lindale (sweet Niagara wine) fans will rejoice as their favorite wine takes on blackberry flavoring!

Upon receipt of your order, the Chocolate Lover’s Pairing Package will be delivered to you free of charge to Ohio residents within 20 miles of VPL. A small delivery fee will apply to residents located outside of the 20 mile radius.  We apologize, but we cannot deliver to Pennsylvania at this time.  Pickup options are available.
