Join us for an afternoon of bonding, sipping, and creativity at The Vineyards at Pine Lake!
Our Wine & Design: Fall & Halloween Welcome Mat Edition will take place on:

⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 The Pavilion at The Vineyards at Pine Lake
This is a non-instructed, self-guided event where you will have the opportunity to design your very own welcome mat to take home!
Your mat can be Halloween-themed, fall-themed, funny, spooky, festive, or anything you want! We will provide stencils and paint supplies, but the rest is up to your creativity. There is no right or wrong way to create your mat!
🎟️ YOUR $45 TICKET INCLUDES:
• One welcome mat per ticket
• One signature fall cocktail
• Shared paint supplies
• Stencils for creating your design
• Your completed welcome mat to take home
🍔 The Pavilion food menu will also be available for purchase during the event.
🍷 A cash bar will be available for additional drinks.
🎨 NO INSTRUCTOR — JUST STENCILS & CREATIVITY!
Please note that there will NOT be an instructor for this event.
This is intended to be a relaxed, at-your-own-pace experience. We provide the supplies and stencils, and you provide the creativity! Whether you follow a stencil, mix and match designs, or create something completely your own, this is your chance to have fun and make a welcome mat that reflects your personality.
No artistic experience is necessary!
🎟️ TICKETS & CHECK-IN
All individuals must purchase a ticket in advance in order to attend.
🚫 There will be NO ticket sales at the door.
No physical tickets will be mailed or provided.
When you arrive, please check in using the first and last name of the person who purchased the tickets.
💺 SEATING
Seating for this event will be located at the Pavilion.
If you are purchasing tickets separately but would like to sit with another group, please include the first and last names of the guests you wish to be seated with in the comment section when purchasing your tickets.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate seating requests when we are notified in advance. However, we cannot guarantee group seating requests, particularly when requests are made at the door.
The easiest way to ensure your group is seated together is for one person to purchase all of the tickets for the group.
🚫 REFUNDS & TICKET POLICY
• This event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• There will be no refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
• No physical tickets will be issued.
• Please check in under the purchaser’s name upon arrival.
• Tickets cannot be purchased at the door.
🍷 ALCOHOL POLICY
Outside alcohol is NOT permitted anywhere on The Vineyards at Pine Lake property.
The Vineyards at Pine Lake reserves the right to confiscate any outside alcohol observed on the property.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any individual at our discretion.
We also reserve the right to escort any individual from the property at our discretion.
Alcohol sales will end when the event concludes at 4:00 PM.
