There will be a cash bar available.

• Tickets: All guests must purchase tickets in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. No physical tickets will be issued; instead, please check in upon arrival under the first and last name of the ticket purchaser.

• Event Details: The Thanksgiving Day Luncheon will take place on Thursday, November 27, 2025. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to the full disclosure outlined here.

• Refunds & Transfers: All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Dietary Requests: We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests or substitutions to the menu.

• Alcohol Policy:

  • The bar reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to any guest at its discretion.

  • Guests who do not follow conduct guidelines may be asked to leave the premises.

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on VPL property. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated.

  • Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the event.

• Seating:

  • Seating will be assigned and provided at private tables for each family or party.

  • If you would like to be seated with another group and are purchasing tickets separately, please include the full names of the guests in the comment section when ordering.

  • While we will do our best to honor group seating requests made in advance, we cannot guarantee accommodations at the door. The most reliable way to ensure seating together is for one individual to purchase tickets for the entire group.
