On January 20th, The Vineyards at Pine Lake will be hosting a private 4-course dinner and wine tasting in our production facility. See where we crush, press, and ferment the grapes, get a behind-the-scenes look into our barrel aging process, and learn how we consistently produce award-winning wines. In addition, we’ll be offering select, retired wine barrels for sale.

We have a limited number of 225 liter (59 gallon) and 228 liter (60 gallon) French oak barrels available; a perfect addition to your bar, home office, or basement as well as for your favorite wine-themed crafts. Family Style Service:
First Course Appetizer- Cremini Mushroom cap with a crab cake stuffing and Beurre Blanc .
Second Course – Beef Bourguignon over neeps and tatties (Turnips and Mashed Potatoes).
Third Course- Lasagna Bolognese Layered sheets of pasta with ground beef, sausage, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese in marinara.
Fourth Course- Peach Galette with lemon zest icing drizzle.
