The evening will consist of a 3 course meal with wine pairings for each course!
Starter:
Creole Potato Salad
-Poached red potatoes in a signature creole sauce over a bed of lemon oil dressed lettuce.
Your choice of entree:
Shrimp Creole
-Beautifully seasoned shrimp skewers, grilled and served in tangy tomato sauce over classic red beans and rice. Served with a side of hush puppies and beer cheese.
Cajun Stuffed Chicken Breast
-Seared chicken breast stuffed with andouille cornbread dressing over dirty rice. Served with a side of hush puppies and beer cheese.
Dessert:
Beignets
-Freshly fried dough dusted in powdered sugar and served with sides of lemon curd and chocolate sauce.
