Cassoulet

-White beans, duck confit and sausage served with artisan bread.

Your choice of entree:

Boeuf Bourguignon

-Stewed beef in the Vineyards at Pine Lake Cabernet Sauvignon, mushrooms, root vegetables, and served over creamy chive mashed potatoes.

Chicken Provencal

-Seared and braised bone in chicken breast with herbs de Provence a Frankonia potato and roasted root vegetables.

Dessert:

-Coffee chocolae custard
