Calling all past brides and future brides! Join us for a special Bridal Resale at The Vineyards at Pine Lake, where past brides can give their gently used wedding items a second love story while future brides have the opportunity to find beautiful wedding treasures at a great price.
Whether you have wedding décor, centerpieces, signage, accessories, or other gently used wedding items taking up space, this is your chance to sell your items and help another bride bring her wedding vision to life!

By purchasing a seller spot, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the information and policies outlined below.
This event is designed to give past brides the opportunity to sell gently used wedding items to future brides.
Seller spots are $50 per booth and include an 8′ x 8′ designated space.
Your $50 registration fee reserves one 8′ x 8′ seller space. Please only purchase the number of spaces you need.
ALL SELLER SPOT SALES ARE FINAL.
There will be NO refunds once a seller spot has been purchased.
Seller spots are NON-TRANSFERABLE after purchase and may not be sold, given, or transferred to another individual.
Please carefully review the event date, booth size, and all event requirements before completing your purchase.
Sellers are responsible for providing their own table and table linen.
Two chairs will be provided for each seller booth.
Please make sure that all displays, merchandise, tables, and other items remain within your designated 8′ x 8′ space and do not block aisles or interfere with neighboring sellers.
Electricity will NOT be provided or available for seller booths.
Please plan accordingly and bring any necessary equipment that does not require electricity.
Because electricity will not be available, sellers are encouraged to provide additional payment methods for customers, such as cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or other payment options that do not require access to an electrical outlet.
Sellers are responsible for managing their own payment processing and ensuring their chosen payment methods are available and functional.
Seller Set-Up: 8:00 AM
Bridal Resale Event: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Sellers should arrive with enough time to unload, organize, and completely set up their booth before the event begins.
Sellers may offer gently used wedding-related items for resale, including items such as wedding décor, centerpieces, signage, accessories, favors, and other items that may be useful to future brides.
All items should be clean, presentable, and in reasonable condition for resale.
Sellers are responsible for pricing their own merchandise and handling all sales directly with their customers.
The Vineyards at Pine Lake is providing the event space only and is not responsible for individual transactions between sellers and buyers.
Each seller is responsible for collecting payment, providing accurate descriptions of their items, and handling any questions, exchanges, or disputes regarding items sold.
The Vineyards at Pine Lake is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced merchandise or personal belongings.
Seller spaces are limited and will be assigned by The Vineyards at Pine Lake.
Please do not move tables, chairs, or other equipment into another seller’s space without permission.
All displays must remain within the designated booth area and must not create a safety hazard or obstruct walkways.
Seller spots must be reserved and paid for in advance.
Please carefully review the event date, time, booth size, setup requirements, and policies before completing your registration.
Our goal is to create a fun and welcoming environment where past brides can clear out wedding items they no longer need while future brides discover beautiful pieces for their own special day.
